Q1. What can I do if I lost both of two remote controls?
We suggest you to write down the serial number to the sales invoice or the receipt from the dealer once you bought the unit. In case both of two remote controls are lost, you can go to the dealer and ask them for a new remote control. There has no charge on you if the warranty period not expired.

Can other remote control interfere the operation of this alarm?
The design of this coding system provided sufficient security over the transmission of radio signals, other branded alarms cannot recognize our code and will have no interference. Likewise, the signal sent by other branded remote controls cannot be recognized by our alarm.

There has both visual and audible signals to notify you the arming status of the alarm.

Q4. Is it possible to install the unit by myself?
You can easy, quick and safe to install this alarm by yourself. The simple and easy to understand user manual comes with installation instructions and wiring diagram helps you to install the unit correctly. If you still feel some difficulty, please go to the downlaod section, there has a vedio clip that demostrates the whole installation from start to end. If none of the above tools can help you to solve the problem, please write your problem to us though the e-mail support section, we will help you to fix it.

Q5. Can the alarm fit for any kind of motorcycles or scooters?
There has just three limitations on the usage of this alarm, please see the "Requirements" in Information section. If your bike fulfills these requirements, the alarm will work properly.

Q6. How long the life of the batteries in the remote control? Is it easy to buy one for replacement? How can I know if the battery is low?
Generally, the battery of the remote control can last for about six months. The battery is the most common type (model no.: 27A 12v) and very easy to find replacements in various stores. You are needed to replace for a new battery either you can observe the remote operation range become shorter or the the brightness of the LED on the remote control become weeker.

Q8. I have installed the alarm, but it is too sensitive and always make terrible alert without anyone touching it.  What should I do?
You can lower the sensitivity by cutting one of the wire. Please find the wire in green colour which both ends are connected to the main body, and cut it in the middle, then the sensitivity will be lowered.   If you still not sure which wire to be cut, please refer to the wiring diagram (last page of the user manual).
